I’ve always enjoyed running and being active. Finding fun and new ways to push my

limits was something I was always trying to do. When I first heard about CrossFit, I assumed it was another program like P90X or Insanity. A friend finally convinced me to show up and I’ve never looked back. I have been doing CrossFit for more than 2 years now and look forward to the next workout each day. CrossFit is the kind of workout program I was looking for. Working out at a CrossFit gym is motivating and addicting but above all it is a community.
